About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in the management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to create a positive and productive work environment, including training and development programs for staff.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
