About the Role

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor costs, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to share best practices and drive consistency across the business.
