I am working with an FMCG manufacturing client specialising in sustainable products, who are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join their site in Northampton.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Operations Manager
- Managing costs of the department
- KPI management within the team
- Driving demands - Quality, Hygiene, Policies and managing investigation
- Driving ISO9001 and BRC standard for packaging
- Liaising with customers and organising site visits with customers
- Conduction supplier audits, managing audits and quality meetings
- Reporting feedback on customer complaints
- Conducting monthly meetings with quality department regarding data (How things are performing)
- Implementation of inspection and testing processes
To be considered for this position you will ideally come from a packaging or plastics background within a similar posiiton.
