We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Axion Recruitment. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain company regulatory compliance in relation to quality.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of ISO 9001 accreditations.
  • Lead and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide expertise and experience to the business in developing and refining the Health, Quality Management Systems to meet the developing business requirements.
  • Manage non-conformance process including root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing the quality function in a regulated engineering / manufacturing environment such as Automotive, Aerospace.
  • Conversant with ISO 9001.
