Grounds Maintenance/Multi Trade Operative


We are currently looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and loyal full time Grounds Maintenance/Multi Trade Operative with a wealth of experience to join our team.

Working in and around the Meon Valley this is a busy and varied role.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Grounds Maintenance experience in, but not limited to: Lawn Mowing, Hedge Trimming, Pruning, Border Maintenance, Leaf Clearance, Laying Paving and Fencing
  • Property Maintenance experience in, but not limited to: Carpentry and Joinery, Plumbing, Tiling and Painting and Decorating;
  • Must have a positive 'can do' attitude;
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills; providing accurate and timely information on the progress of work
  • Full clean driving licence (own vehicle required to travel to work, use of company vehicle during the working day)
  • Ability to drive a 7.5 tonne tipper would be an advantage, but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering an effective grounds and property maintenance service, ensuring flows of work are followed correctly.
  • Undertake any other duties as required from the business on an ad hoc basis.
  • To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
  • Ensure all work is carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved

Job Types:
