We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at OHM Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of various commercial properties, including supermarkets, schools, colleges, retail parks, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the grounds of commercial properties using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters.
  • Carrying out site clearances and weed control.
  • Operating a vehicle to travel between sites.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30k-£40k per annum.
  • Unlimited overtime at a premium rate.
