RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serving customers at the bar
  • Making cocktails to spec
  • Helping with putting deliveries away
  • Restocking the bar and wine shelves
  • Chatting to customers about wine and general lovely conversation to enhance their experience with us
  • Following the daily and weekly cleaning rota
  • Occasional line cleans, following the correct procedure
  • Opening and closing of the bar area
  • Assist with stock counting
  • Getting involved in the social media

REQUIREMENTS

  • Some wine knowledge is desirable
  • Available evenings and weekends

SALARY & PACKAGE
10+ hours per week, flexible hours to suit the needs of the role including evenings and weekends

£10.90 per hour plus TRONC
