Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Planning Coordinator to join a small, friendly team based in Solihull.
As a Planning Coordinator, you will take responsibility for the planning and scheduling of engineers to install the scalable platform enabling retails to act on predictive and prescriptive data in retail environments.
- Scheduling sub-contractors
- Perform shipping operations
- Place Purchase Orders for project materials
- Billing
- Carrying out final checks once a job is complete prior to beginning the billing process
- Billing
- Processing data entry for new orders and order modifications
- Communicate with clients regarding financial/administrative issues
- To conduct regular reviews with Operations & Sales Management to resolve outstanding issues in a clear and defined manner and record such activity on collection system.
Experience working with bespoke software
Experience of Resource Planning/Workforce Management systems and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - good telephone manner and appropriate business communications
