Job Responsibilities:
- Configure Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Manage customer tickets efficiently via Phone, Email, or Web portals
- Adhere to defined SLAs and KPIs
- Work within the ITIL framework
- Update tickets regularly and assist the team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in 3rd line support at a service desk
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Strong grasp of DevOps principles
- Azure DevOps knowledge
- Data Engineering skills
