Junior Infrastructure Engineer/3rd Line Support

The Opportunity
Our client is an award-winning leader in managed IT and telecommunications services, relied upon by hundreds of businesses' UK wide. They provide both hands-on support and strategic consultancy, working with their clients to streamline operations.
The What
We are seeking a Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer or 3rd Line Support professional with expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure - or at least a passion & drive to go down the client-facing infrastructure route. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems. A foundational understanding of Microsoft Azure is essential, including tasks such as setting up accounts and managing cloud services and virtual machines. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, contributing to infrastructure projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of both on-premise and cloud-based environments. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
HYBRID WORKING:
Our client offer hybrid working however this role requires a driving license as travelling to different sites is essential.
