About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 3rd Line IT Service Desk Engineer. As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support services to our clients, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring that all SLAs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support services to clients, troubleshooting complex technical issues across Azure cloud, Citrix, and Microsoft.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met and that they receive first-class support.
  • Manage workload, ensuring that all SLAs are adhered to and that clients receive timely and efficient support.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve IT services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working on a busy Service Desk, providing 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support services.
  • Experience troubleshooting modern technologies across Azure cloud, Citrix, and Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment and with ConnectWise ITSM is a plus.

  • A competitive salary of £45k - £55k per annum, plus fantastic benefits including up to 31 days holiday per annum.
