What will this role achieve?

We are looking for a Gems Grade Process Operator to join the team.

The role requires a positive individual with a can-do attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team. Process Operators are accountable for product and process delivery. They, they will work closely with their ATM regarding any issues that they come across to achieve the production plan that ensure customer supply. The role will require flexibility and good communication skills. All training will be given.

What will be your key deliverables?

Deliver the production plan effectively with quality being the priority. Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely. Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to. Deliver products to the defined standard specifications. Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques. Deliver the production plan to maintain customer service levels. Demonstrate good communication skill. You will ensure that Health & Safety comes first in any area that you are working in`. Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations. Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications / working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are delivered. Bring your experience

Essential

Ownership essential. Must be accountable for own work and area. Understand zonal KPI's (production targets, waste levels and line performance Food Manufacturing experience. Safety first mindset. Team player, supportive within the team, effective communication, behavioural excellence, flexibility, problem solving and decision making skills.

Desirable

We are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude to work as part of a dynamic team. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, training will be given. Food Safety level
