About the Role
We are currently seeking a number of Production Operators to join our team.

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our food production facility.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and a passion for food production to contribute to our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
  • Comply with health and safety regulations

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
