Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team at CastleView Group as a Production Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, filling and packing products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filling and packing products on multiple production lines
  • Performing general factory duties, including cleaning and maintenance
  • Ensuring all quality and health and safety instructions are followed and adhered to
  • Manual handling or lifting may be required
  • Receiving full training and development opportunities

Requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic English language skills

We offer a range of shifts to suit your needs, including:

  • Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 (pay £11.47)
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:15 (pay £11.44)
  • Monday to Friday, 17:15 - 22:00 (pay £11.44)
  • Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 (pay £13.01)
