Our Client are a firm based in Henley looking for someone energetic to join and support the office and team.


This Administration role will include the following duties:

  • General administration within the business
  • Manage multiple enquiries, tasks and follow up
  • Maintain key databases/systems
  • Support the team and office
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating with building management and facilities
  • Any ad hock tasks

The Successful Applicant:

The ideal Administrator will:

  • Have administration experience
  • Have customer service experience
  • Have strong communication and telephone manner
  • Have good attention to detail
