  • Work closely with Product planning teams to develop merchandise strategies to drive digital growth
  • Identify and develop opportunities for sales growth including regional reporting, best sellers and category performance
  • Leverage in house reporting systems to identify areas of opportunity eg GA/PBI
  • Conduct trend analysis, interpreting data to unlock future commercial opportunities
  • Work closely with Brand and Performance marketing team to align digital stock with key marketing events and launches
  • Optimise the site through product merchandising based on customer analytics and purchasing data
  • Review the onsite product offering, driving on site conversion
  • Work with Digital to drive search optimisation, navigation, events and product merch for the catalogue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve key category performance and identify future opportunities to improve customer journeys and working with Digital team
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs including basket analysis, email performance on key products, social performance etc
  • Build effective networks across the business - to best support plan

  • 4 years experience in the Retail industry preferred
