We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our expanding sales office based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.


The purpose of your role is to support the everyday processing of orders and ensuring accuracy when inputting information on to systems whilst providing excellent customer service to customers and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities;

  • Ensuring orders are entered correctly onto the system and liaising regularly with both the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure the orders are fulfilled
  • Following up and coordinating all orders to ensure they are on schedule and deal with any issues in a timely manner
  • Advising customers on products
  • Processing and inputting orders in a timely manner
  • Providing solutions to problems which arise with products and orders
  • Liaising regularly with the Supervisor regarding orders/issues
  • Assisting the sales team with the overflow of calls

Your experience:

  • Sales Administrator
  • Experienced order processor
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Can liaise on all levels and chase up queries as and when required
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Used to working in a pressurized working environment
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and with mínimal supervision
