I am currently looking to speak with Land Managers based in the North of England/Midlands area.


I am supporting a Specialist developer of Solar, BESS and Wind who are looking to expand their development team, they have an established pipeline in various stages of development as well as in house teams across Development, Finance and Grid.

Responsibilities of the role include-nIdentifying suitable land for existing grid connectionsnIdentifying new opportunities, where the network allowsnNegotiating HoTs and managing agreements to completion together with the legal teamnStakeholder engagement and management across large and small schemesnWorking with Project Managers on sites to secure land rights, engage with stakeholders, and assist in the management of landowners, and land consultants on project schemes
