Key Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate designated delivery routes using a provided bicycle
- Promptly pick up and deliver packages, following set schedules and cycling safety protocols
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with customers and resolving any queries
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to partner's appearance standards
- Utilize handheld devices to scan and track packages, ensuring real-time updates
- Load and unload packages securely to prevent damage
- Report any issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all traffic regulations and operate the bicycle responsibly
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Physical fitness to ride a bicycle in various weather conditions
- Punctual, presentable, trustworthy, and reliable
- Proficient in using technology for package tracking
