About the role
We have an exciting opportunity available at AXA Global Healthcare as a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager, to support our strategy of the IPMI division & Exec Committee through control, reporting and analysis of business and financial information. You'll track and report against budgets and forecasts, develop new insight and analysis, with strong financial controls and governance in place.

What you'll be doing:
Lead the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial results across the IPMI division for the IPMI Executive Committee to support decision making. Develop key performance indicators to bring new insight and challenge to key stakeholders. Deliver robust and timely business analysis for the monthly and quarterly business reviews across the IPMI division, including pricing, distribution, servicing , marketing and projects. Lead on the identification , coordination and delivery of deep dive topics, through close monitoring of trends and discussions with key stakeholders. Advise on the consolidation of financial plans and forecasts, working closely with key stakeholders and finance business partners to ensure robust analysis, accurate submissions, with clear and insightful documentation. Develop and maintain a central repository of key financial metrics across the IPMI division, including plans, forecasts and actual results. Provide financial and business knowledge and expertise to support the strategic agenda across the IPMI division.
