Position Overview

  • Billing Coordinator:
  • Manage and enhance billing and collections procedures.
  • Execute month-end closing procedures for billing data.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards for all processes.
  • Assist in the integration of a new billing system.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Handle special projects assigned by management.
  • Achieve set department targets and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to team growth and mentorship.

Desired Skills

  • A background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
  • In-depth understanding of the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
