Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with an award winning business for a Studio Coordinator / Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for the office and ensure the smooth running of the studio.


Role:
Studio Coordinator/ Receptionist role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the smooth daytoday running of the office, managing all general office and front of house areas
  • Reception duties including greeting clients, answering and directing calls and forwarding messages
  • Preparing meetings, managing meeting room availability for the office and setting up for meetings
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, stationery/cleaning materials
  • Booking couriers and updating the courier tracker
  • Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Diary management and booking travel / accommodations
  • Assisting the finance department with general daytoday administrative tasks (as and when required)
  • Scanning, data entry and filing
  • Maintaining and updating company databases
  • Supporting the management team with general administration
  • Assisting with updating HR documents/databases/IT/new starters
  • Support marketing team with marketing activities / administration / document preparation
  • General researching on behalf of the business and projects

Skills / Experience:

  • Previous administration / reception experience
  • Experience within a creative or design environment (desirable)
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills (adobe suite desirable)
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour break) Monday to Friday
