The Project:
  • Take charge as a Business Development Manager, spearheading our business development efforts throughout Wales & the Southwest.
  • Your profound understanding of the economies of the southwest of England and Wales, various sectors, potential growth markets, and a well-established network of contacts with consultants, customers, and frameworks will be pivotal.
  • Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping 3-year growth plans and aiding the business in achieving its goals.
  • Grasp the evolving landscape of construction, climate change, Net Zero Carbon, Building Safety Act, and our social value proposition - turning these challenges into growth opportunities.
  • You recognize the importance of building human connections to reach the business's development objectives and can exemplify how you nurture customer and stakeholder relationships.

Analytical:

You possess the ability to gather, analyze, and leverage data to craft your geographic growth strategies and utilize this knowledge in our decision-making processes.


Business Planning:
  • Play a key role in formulating the 3-year growth plan.

Customer First Lead Generation:

Efficiently align Willmott Dixon's offerings with both new and existing customers to unlock projects and propel growth.


D365 Management:
  • Maintain and update the Microsoft D365 to guide our marketing endeavors.

Networking:
  • Represent Willmott Dixon in the respective geographical area/sector to foster networks and boost our visibility.

Framework Promotion:

Strategically showcase our suite of frameworks in collaboration with the specialized Direct Award frameworks offered by Willmott Dixon Construction to drive expansion.
