Handyman/woman - Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a handyman/woman-cleaning operative to carry out a range of multi-trade maintenance duties, emergency repairs, DIY tasks, showroom & office cleaning.


Cleaning operative:
this aspect of the role is for a general cleaner and will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Vacuuming
  • Polishing
  • Sanitising
  • Cleaning of toilets and kitchen areas
  • Cleaning of staff rooms

Handyman/woman operative:
this aspect of the role will include both building maintenance and ground maintenance.

Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Change plugs
  • Repair damage to internal and external walls
  • Painting
  • Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, litter picking and general outdoor tasks, season & weather dependant.
The role will have clearly defined hours of work on each aspect equalling a full-time post.

SALARY DOE

A CAR IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE AS COVERING 2 DIFFERENT SITES

Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
