United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) is actively seeking Registered Nurses to join their bank team with shifts across various areas including Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, A&E, Theatres, Elderly Care, Critical Care, Emergency Admissions, and Paediatrics. Vacancies are available at Lincoln County Hospital, Boston Pilgrim Hospital, and Grantham District Hospital.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of nursing care that meets individual patient needs and those of the Trust. They will demonstrate clinical expertise in assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care with patients at the center of this approach. Additionally, they will have management and facilitation skills to supervise staff, promote multi-disciplinary collaboration, and create a supportive learning environment. At times, they may need to take on ward/department responsibilities in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse, all while adhering to the NMC Code.
