And as this role is newly created, you'll have plenty of opportunity to develop and shape it going forward, making it your own.

Reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer, you'll deliver highly efficient company secretarial services and governance support to the business. You'll help develop and deliver the business governance policies and procedures, acting as a key link between management, regulatory bodies, shareholders and the Board.

In addition, you'll defend and settle disputes and litigation when required, liaising with external parties as required. You'll also manage communications with shareholders, handle matters related to share transfers, dividends and other corporate actions, and undertake annual revision and drafting of UK disclosure statements.

This role is critical in helping the business achieve its aims and objectives, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with legal, ethical and regulatory compliance.

You'll be legally trained and qualified, with strong company law-focused experience, ideally gained through a combination of practice and in-house appointments. You'll be well versed in providing guidance on company law matters, corporate transactions, NDAs, commercial contracts etc. and have a proven track record of influencing at senior level and taking decisive action.
