Our client focuses on providing specialized therapy and care to individuals over 18 with various neurological impairments, aiming to enhance their quality of life, independence, and dignity within a unique setting.

As part of the team, your role will involve:

  • Working 12.5-hour shifts across seven days
  • Collaborating with onsite professionals to deliver person-centred care
  • Providing leadership to the care team while promoting the organization's values
  • Delivering high-quality nursing care and maintaining professional standards
  • Managing medication and working closely with other healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you need current NMC registration and a solid understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks is crucial.
