About the Role:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with a focus on elderly and dementia care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident-centered care.
- Competitive hourly rate of £22.50.
- Full-time, 36-hour contract with 12-hour day shifts.
- Opportunities for career progression and professional development.
- DBS and NMC registration paid.
- Company pension scheme.
- Valid NMC pin and willingness to work 12-hour day shifts.
- Experience in elderly residential or dementia care (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
