We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Manor Hall, a well-established family-run nursing home in Eastbourne. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Experience in elderly residential or dementia care (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including alternate weekends.
- Sound knowledge of PPE levels and adherence to our strict PPE policy.
- Excellent ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Career progression and support with re-validation.
- DBS paid.
- NMC registration paid.
- Company Pension.
