Credit Monitoring & Reporting (RPC-CMR): Mainly responsible for monitoring the credit risk exposures on commercial facilities and FX capital markets trades booked in the UK.

Additionally, the department handles tasks connected with the credit risk process, such as producing credit alert reports for the UK Risk Committee, monitoring the credit limits in FX Electronic platforms or ensuring that Basel Ill data is correctly recorded and sent to central risk systems for RWA calculations.

Counterparty risk also coordinates transversal processes like SAD committee, London Credit Committee, or UK Risk Committee.
Undertake credit related duties for RPC-CMR London on commercial files.

  • Ensure that all documentations are properly recorded into risk and BO / FO systems.
  • Ensure that the certification process (documentation aligned with Credit Risk decisions) is accurately performed and that the backlog is closely followed up.
  • Monitor / Report unrated clients in Risk systems, overdue payments and over-utilization.
  • Be responsible for the preparation of the weekly London Credit Committee pack: prepare the agendas including Credit Applications, Risk decisions and ad-hoc reports, maintain a list of all files and waivers which have been presented at the LCC.
  • Carry out duties of secretary for the Substandard Assets and Depreciations (SAD) and Early Warning (EW) committee, UK Risk Committee and other related committees aiming at following up sensitive commercial files: prepare the agendas including business lines updates, prepare and share material to committee members, schedule preparatory meetings if need be, draft and circulate minutes to top management.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly / monthly management information reports using data visualisation tools.
  • Assist in some key projects in collaboration with RPC Head Office representatives (e.g. review of KRIs, BAHLI project, Loanscape, COSMOS...) Assist the Head of RPC CMR London on various ad-hoc projects and requests from regulators / management / external and internal auditors (e.g. improvement of internal reports or reporting process, questions from the PRA or FCA, coordination of replies for Inspection Générale assignments).
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
  • Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Good knowledge and expertise of commercial lending documentation + related securities/mitigants/guarantees.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerBI.
Capacity to extract data from systems
