Position: Early Years Practitioner - Ware

About the Role:
  • As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be the hero for the little ones, creating a delightful and secure environment for their learning and development.
  • Prepare engaging activities that will have the children both laughing and learning.
  • Support children with special needs to ensure everyone is included and feels valued.
  • Collaborate with parents and team members to share experiences and create strategies to help the children succeed.
  • Ensure the safety and happiness of everyone, making each day a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize exciting activities that promote learning and enjoyment.
  • Provide support to children requiring additional assistance, fostering inclusivity.
  • Engage with parents and colleagues, fostering relationships and teamwork.
  • Maintain a safe and joyful environment for all individuals.

Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications in Early Years Education.
  • Previous experience working with children in educational settings.
  • Familiarity with special needs education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Enthusiastic about joining a collaborative team.
