Looking for a busy and varied role where you can provide excellent customer service?
Our client is a reputable company in Nottinghamshire. They're looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to their team on a full-time, permanent basis in Newark.
You'll be supporting the team by ensuring customers receive a professional service
Duties will include:
Handle all customer enquiries and requests within a set time frame
Keep customer databases up to date with correct information
Scheduling engineers
Prepare quotes
Handling customer complaints and problem solve
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timeframes are adhered to
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team
Experience in a similar role
Proven customer service skills
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Good computer skills including experience on Microsoft Office
