- Customer care experience required

  • Full time job in fast paced office
- wages 12 per hour and overtime available

  • Contacting courier companies by telephone
  • Daily printing despatch/shipping labels
  • Processing customer returns
8am to 4pm, and sunday work

Previous experience and skills:

Must have e-commerce experience

Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment

Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook

Stock control and warehouse experience desirable

We are looking for:

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

An individual with a passion for helping customers

Hard working, efficient, responsible, a fast learner, well organised and punctual

Ability to adapt to work in a fast paced environment
