As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining three-phase electrical industrial material handling equipment for our commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue-chip customers. You will work closely with our planning team to ensure efficient time management and job prioritization. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in Engineering, with experience or qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience in servicing and/or installation of industrial machinery is required.

Responsibilities:

* Servicing systems utilizing your knowledge of systems and equipment.
* Delivering a high-class customer experience by providing a high standard of customer service, including problem-solving while building customer relationships.
* Preparation of service work utilizing organizational skills.
* Traveling to sites across the UK.

Requirements:

* Be reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated with the ability to work alone as well as in a team.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Genuine interest in Engineering, with experience or qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in servicing and/or installation of industrial machinery is required.

* A competitive minimum basic salary of £35,000 with the option for overtime at 1.5 and double time, plus a working away allowance for all overnight stays.
