Manpower in collaboration with Aston Martin is looking for new team members to be part of the iconic brand. Join the team and contribute to the creation of luxury performance cars at a cutting-edge facility.

JOB ROLE:

  • Rectify components in the Trim & Final / End of Line area according to the set standards.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out rectification work following the prescribed process using the EASE system.
  • Fit off track shortage components as per VIS Standards.
  • Address reworks and report concerns to tech stations via the BIS structure.
  • Rectify issues identified during audits.
  • Log repair actions in the Flags system and implement corrective measures.
  • Participate in TPM and Lean activities.
  • Provide training to build technicians in the local area.
  • Comply with safety, housekeeping, and discipline standards.
  • Ensure safe storage of controlled substances/components in designated locations.
  • Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, and PPS initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Completion of a relevant automotive apprenticeship (city & guilds level 2+ or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Prior experience in the automotive sector is crucial.
  • Understanding of all build stages is necessary.
  • Manual dexterity and mechanical/quality aptitude.
  • Positive attitude towards completing tasks at the required quality level.
  • Ability to work independently and follow engineering circuit drawings/process sheets.
  • Role involves standing throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends to meet production goals.
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Successful candidates may be required to work in different areas as needed.
