- Has worked on a broad section of disciplines on Network Rail infrastructure which could include groundwork's, RC structures, geotechnical, Civils, steelwork, and rail property & building and can demonstrate a clear understanding in these areas.
- Experienced at working within a Rail environment.
- Experience of personal responsibility in managing projects or project sections up to £10 million
- Knowledge of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE etc.).
- Qualified to HNC or Degree standard in Civil engineering or Construction Management (Aspirations of gaining chartered status within (ICE or IOB).
