Role Profile Taking up a new position within our central services, we are thrilled to be seeking our newest CRM Specialist to join our award winning Marketing team

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer email and app push campaigns using Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Mobile Studio.

Utilising HTML and CSS techniques for cross-client email development, as well as AmpScript for personalised content

  • Build and maintain automated multichannel journeys, for multiple customer segments using SQL, Automation Studio Activities and correct Journey Builder logic
  • Manage a testing programme designed to optimise and improve campaigns and triggered journeys
  • Ensure quality, accuracy and correct functioning through monitoring and auditing live automations in Interaction Studio, as well as campaign testing tools
  • Develop a scalable approach to journey building (for multiple brands and customer value segments), that maximises efficiencies (time/effort).
  • Ongoing review of campaign performance/results – and finding insights in the data to make improvements to journeys
  • The successful candidate will be naturally curious, and enjoy data challenges. They will also be keen to stay up to date with latest channel techniques, with a desire to constantly develop, evolve and improve the CRM team's output.
