We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Talent Resourcer who will support the full recruitment cycle by working closely with the branch network, sourcing new recruits, and providing an accurate and efficient service through various recruitment focussed tasks.

Main Duties Include:

  • Take detailed briefings from hiring managers to fully understand their requirements and vacancies
  • Support Hiring Managers by conducting branch visits on an adhoc basis where required to understand hardtofill recruitment needs
  • Work with preferred external agency partners to support with CV submissions
  • Develop a pipeline of potential talent externally and maintain the ATS system
  • Attend seminars and conferences to keep recruitment knowledge up to date
  • Assist the Talent Manager on assigned departmental projects

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday Friday.

About You:

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in sourcing talent or recruitment administration ideally within a multisite organisation or agency background
  • Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Selfmotivated honest and reliable with a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Work well under pressure and able to use own initiative
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Understanding of a variety of selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in MS Office

Bonus points if you have:

  • ATS or CRM knowledge
  • Experience &/or knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
