The role is part time/term time based over 39 weeks.

This is a home based role with access to work in our HQ based in Ellesmere Port.

What is Professional clerking?
It is about ensuring the efficient functioning of the governing board by providing:

  • Effective administration and organisational support
  • Guidance to ensure that the board works in compliance with the appropriate legal and regulatory framework and understands the potential consequences for noncompliance
  • Advice on procedural matters relating to the operation of the board

What do we require from you?

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong customer care skills
  • Personal commitment to excellence in service delivery
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and translate complex information into easily understood guidance
  • A current driving licence and access to a car for business use as travel to Cheshire West and Chester, Wirral and Halton is required
