Head of Quality Governance

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as Head of Quality Governance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist care and education provider based in the Northwest, who are looking to create a new role from January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical support for school improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen quality governance arrangements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver exceptional support for the development of new school buildings, from planning to registration with Ofsted
  • Deputise for the Executive Lead for Education in the case of any absence
Requirements:
  • Experience in a senior educational role, with a strong understanding of quality assurance and governance
  • Ability to write and amend policy, as well as formulate, implement, evaluate, and review structures
  • Responsibility for key areas aligned with quality assurance, improvement, and governance
  • Understanding of the latest research and statutory changes, and the ability to implement them effectively
