Office Assistant
We are looking to recruit an office assistant to support our team of Client Coordinators.
You will have excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The position is office based and due to our rural location on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, your own transport is essential.
Duties will include:
- Mail Merge letters
- Administration/data entry on the company database system
- Assisting with job scheduling for engineers
- Invoicing support
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
Experience:
- Good computer skills (excel/word) essential
- Excellent communication skills written and oral, attention to detail
- 1 year administration experience preferable
Position:
Full time/permanent
Hours:9am to 5pm Mon-Fri
Starting Salary:
£ 19,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience
Company Package includes:
Company Pension Scheme,
20 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays + birthday
