At Change Grow Live you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship alongside your daily roles and responsibilities as a Clinical Admin Apprentice.
Your roles and responsibilities include;- To support the admin team in ensuring telephone calls, letters and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously and messages are passed to the appropriate people.
- Meet and greet service users and other visitors coming to the service and ensure they are made to feel welcome.
- To learn about and maintain electronic filing systems within the project.
- To work towards inputting client information onto internal reporting systems accurately and efficiently, in order to support local and national reporting requirements.
- To observe and participate in Team and other meetings and work towards taking minutes, distributing information to team members in an agreed format and in a timely manner.
- To coordinate room bookings, travel arrangements, diaries and meeting arrangements etc. as required.
- Learn about CGL confidentiality and safeguarding policies so you can ensure that all aspects of confidentiality are adhered to, and you can build confidence in when and where information should be shared asking your manager for advice whenever you are unsure.
- Learn about and adhere to professional boundaries to ensure both you, our service users and the organisation are kept safe.
