Your Role as Support Analyst:
- Act as the main contact point and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver top-notch support.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for EU and APAC regions.
- Offer support for Windows 10 and MacOS operating systems as well as iOS and Android devices.
- Deploy software packages across all devices using SCCM or JAMF alongside the desktop admin team.
Requirements:
- 1st and 2nd Line IT support background, with experience assisting users face to face and remotely.
- Familiarity with ITIL or Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) procedures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, and Office 365 for user account management.
