We have a great opportunity to join our busy Team at Reflections Thornbury as a Hairdressing Trainee / Apprentice.


We are looking for talented Hairdressing Trainees to complete their training in our salons or Apprentices who are just starting out in the Hair Industry.


A Hairdressing Apprenticeship offers a fun and creative working environment, variety and a life skill with the potential for career progression to become Managers and beyond.

In fact, many of our long standing Team members originally joined us as Trainees and Assistants (see our careers page for more on this).

From there, they have worked their way up to become Hairdressers on the salon floor, Managers, Company Directors and British Hairdressing Award Finalists

  • Job Role:
  • Greeting guests.
  • Offering excellent customer service.
  • Portraying a professional, well groomed persona at all times.
  • Assisting the Team on the salon floor.
  • Supporting the Team at the backwash and mixing colours.
  • Assisting with the general tidiness of the salon.
  • Assisting with blow dries on busy days.
  • Social media.
  • Learning a multitude of techniques and gaining knowledge that will give you a skill for life.
