Description:
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will have a vital role in organizing and managing sales-related projects and initiatives at Crux. Collaborating with senior management, you will plan, manage, and execute sales projects and campaigns to achieve our goals and KPIs.
- Providing project management activities for sales campaigns alongside our marketing efforts.
- Creating detailed project plans, setting milestones, and managing risks.
- Monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Managing resources for sales projects and navigating interdependences between client projects.
- Managing the budget for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborating with sales representatives to collect feedback for program enhancements.
- Liaising with events and conferences, handling presentation content, stand bookings, and sponsorships.
- Supervising content release post-meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' project management experience with a successful project delivery track record.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Task planning, project scope defining, goal setting, and deliverables definition experience.
- Ability to monitor project progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Commercial environment work experience.
- Industry-recognized Project Management certification.
