£10.10 p/h a standard or £10.60 p/h if working a Friday or Saturday night.


We are currently looking to hire two night shift workers, working a three nights on three nights off shift pattern.


As a Contact Centre Booking Agent, you'll be at the front line of our business assisting our customers with booking their transport requirements and helping them with any queries.

If you are passionate about customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience this is the role for you.

What do I need?


To be a success, you'll need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and above all, you'll be happy to pitch in and help others.


Due to the nature of the work, you will also need a good command of the English Language be computer literate with good keyboard skills.


Previous call centre and/or customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential as on the job training provided.


Essential Requirements:
Right to work in the UK.

Live within an acceptable commute from the office.

This role is office based and on site.
