Job summary
We are keen to find the right person to complement oursurgery rather than making a person fit a vacancy and are looking for anexperienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our existinghard-working team.
Main duties of the job
The role will include working as an autonomous practitioneras well as working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, deliveringminor illness management, urgent and planned care either by telephone, withinthe surgery or in patients home.
Practitioners should work within their clinical competenciesand will prescribe in line with the current formulary and guidelines.
Other roles include supporting clinical colleagues, mentoring,and supporting clinical lead and management team to deliver 21stcentury healthcare.
