I am excited to announce that I have partnered with a Barnet based organisation who are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.

You will be providing HR, Recruitment clerical support to boththe HR and Recruitment function.

Duties:

  • Provide Recruitment support and maintain the Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work in partnership with the Recruitment Officer to assist hiring managers with recruitment queries and provide update as required.
  • Assist the team with compliance, preemployment checks / safer recruitment checks, employment references, DBS, Occupational Health, Right to Work and professional registration checks.
  • Manage and respond to incoming requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure electronic records are updated and personal information recorded accurately
  • Oversee the compliance and management of all recruitment related documentation.
  • Undertake face to face and virtual right to work checks are conducted on new starters.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on all recruitment issues
  • Ensure DBS checks are done on new staff and volunteers, where necessary.
  • Assist the Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Support Officer, providing analysis in respect key HR recruitment metrics.
  • Support the HR Business Partner when required and react proactively to recruitment demands.
  • Ensure the service adheres to data and information security policies and escalate any breaches accordingly.
  • Deputies for the Recruitment Support Officer as required.
  • Participate in the administration of Staff Benefits, including approvals, monitoring usage, using existing financial systems to issue benefits, raise purchase orders and liaise with finance and payroll to process invoices.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment background within either Public or Private sector.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of recruitment at one time.
  • Working knowledge of HR and Recruitment practices
  • Passion for recruitment and transactional HR
  • Able to prioritise own work to meet deadlines whilst producing and maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate both in writing and verbally to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS packages / other IT systems
