The role will be split between 2 areas:
For HR services
  • Be a key contact point for complex HR and payroll queries & provide holiday cover for the service assisting the team during busy periods with general queries such as payroll cut off where the service is busy.

Review and sign off FOI requestsOp Model ActivitiesSupport the BP and project team with HR related queries and actions relating o the recruitment and redeployment phase of the reorganisation.

Data Management for the Op Model workInbox Triage & general queriesAssist BP's with 1:1's at Stage 2B and seeking redeployment with external partners.

Ensuring the establishment report / ESR is up to date following the completion of the Op Model work & all information is saved correctly.

EDI Data Reporting at the end of the Op Model programme of work The role can be worked predominantly from home with the occasional on site requirement.

You need to be able to start within the next 2 weeks ideally
