We have a new opportunity for a
Junior Administrator to work in our
Oxford office. This is a full time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all our divisions including those in other offices.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
  • Diary management & arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Daily preparation of all meeting rooms
  • Data entry when necessary.
  • General office management
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and clients.
  • Assist in the smooth running of both internal and external events

About You

The successful Junior Administrator will:

  • Be able to commute easily to Summertown, Oxford.
  • Be educated to at least GCSE level, including English and Maths.
  • Be punctual.
  • Be adaptable
  • Demonstrate experience of using Microsoft
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a keen team player
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
  • Have a strong work ethic and a 'can do' approach to work
  • Be organised and able to prioritise your own workload
